Haitian Americans United for Change is an operation that will strive to excel in the development of a non-profit community resource center that improves the lives of Haitians by providing a supportive environment and developing a system of social networking. What makes Haitian Americans United for Change different and special is that Haitian Americans United for Change helps newly emigrated Haitians transition to life in the U.S. by providing volunteer mentors who will guide and assist the new immigrants in their adjustment by providing them with the opportunity to practice the English language in a secure environment. The organization will also help new immigrants find the information that they need to enroll in educational (such as English as a second language) and vocational courses in the local area..

Haitian Americans United for Change(H.A.U.C)Inc., is preparing for our 4th Annual Community Mother’s Awards Brunch. This event has been extremely successful, as a result of the support received from generous organizations. We are asking  again for your participation in this year’s event.
The funds produced  from this year’s event will go directly to our Scholarship Program. We all know the importance in addressing  the issues pertaining to education in promoting the success of our future leaders.
This year’s event will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at the Venetian Yacht Club: 494 Fire Island Avenue, Babylon, NY 11702.
